Jason Cohen is a painter and writer. He took a few years off from painting to write a novel about jellyfish, immortality and the end of the world. Now that he is back to the brush, he is hoping to generate a bunch of thick oil paintings that showcase his love for this beautiful planet, and his internal yearning for non-dual consciousness. Since those are lofty goals, he will settle for doing his best to add more beauty to the world .

Jason has a degree in Literature from UC Santa Cruz. His artwork has been exhibited in New York City, Philadelphia and San Francisco. He has also lived in New Orleans, Paris, Prague and Paonia, Colorado. His affinity for cities that begin with the letter P are likely due to his love for his parents and his obsession with potato chips.
